The New Brunswick Medical Education Foundation is seeking a Foundation Administrative Assistant for the 2026 summer term, reporting to our Student & Alumni Relations Manager and Executive Director. The successful candidate will lead key administrative improvement projects throughout their work term and assist with day-to-day operations. They will gain firsthand, practical experience in a fast-growing non-profit along with opportunities to meet with key stakeholders, mentors and develop new skills.

The Administrative Assistant’s primary role is to provide administrative support to The New Brunswick Medical Education Foundation. In addition, the candidate will have exposure and the opportunity to contribute to the organization's event planning, fundraising, scholarship, communications, and continuous improvement activities. They will have opportunities to attend professional development webinars and shadow the company's Executive Director throughout their term.

The New Brunswick Medical Education Foundation is seeking a Foundation Fundraising Assistant for the 2026 summer term, reporting to our Fundraising Manager and Executive Director. The successful candidate will lead key development and stakeholder engagement projects throughout their work term and assist with day-to-day operations. They will gain firsthand, practical experience in a fast-growing non-profit along with opportunities to meet with key stakeholders, mentors and develop new skills.

The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for assisting revenue development through researching and executing a monthly donor engagement strategy, promoting the foundation’s “Doctors for N.B.” coffee collaboration, communicating with existing and prospective donors, researching best practices, and supporting the organization's Foundation Advancement Committee members' activities.

The ability to communicate in both French and English would be considered a strong asset.
