We are seeking a Youth Baseball Program Coordinator to help develop and manage aspects of our youth baseball program, such as our Challenger Division, Coach Pitch and Minor programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baseball, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for young athletes and those with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Program Development: Working closely with the Board of Directors to build a comprehensive baseball program including practice schedules, game plans, and skill development sessions.
• Mentorship: Provide coaching and mentorship to young athletes, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Event Coordination: Help to organize tournaments, and special events, ensuring they run smoothly.
• Fundraising and Sponsorship: Assist in fundraising efforts and securing sponsorships to support the program’s growth and sustainability.
