We are seeking a Youth Baseball Program Coordinator to help develop and manage aspects of our youth baseball program, such as our Challenger Division, Coach Pitch and Minor programs. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Program Development: Working closely with the Board of Directors to build a comprehensive baseball program including practice schedules, game plans, and skill development sessions.
• Mentorship: Provide coaching and mentorship to young athletes, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Event Coordination: Help to organize tournaments, and special events, ensuring they run smoothly.
• Fundraising and Sponsorship: Assist in fundraising efforts and securing sponsorships to support the program’s growth and sustainability.
