Be responsible for daily maintenance, of lawns, trails, driveway and beachesof the grounds. Mowing, some general scraping and painting with lightcarpentry duties. Keeping time and work records, as well as inspectingpremises before and after guest have arrived and left to ensure accommodations are ready for the next renters. The applicant would be in charge of running a youth stop-in centre in our building. A safe place where teens can hang out and build new friendships while having fun. The applicant would create a weekly program that would fit the dynamics of the youth that come.
Also, there would be building and property maintenance that would need to be done. This would include lawn care, painting, gardening, etc.

The Donations Coordinator will be in charge of receiving, advertising, distributing, and organizing all material donations for our rummage sale and clothing closet. They would be in charge or creating a "storefront" space for donations, and keeping social media accounts up to date regarding donations.

The student will work with the recreation director to coordinate recreational activities for our Indigenous youth, such as day camps, water outings, and sports activities, and to create an environment for all the youth to feel safe.

The supervisor will be responsible for working with the youth aged 6-10 in the Old North End of Saint John. The Summer Camp offers programs for youth and teens.
Working as a team:
*Plan and deliver programming for summer camp attendees (planning and training, 7 weeks of camp activities, end of summer events)
*Supervision of counsellors and youth while participating in summer activities (partner activities, day trips, events, playground
*Plan and supervise of educational and recreational activities outside
*Provide activities for the playground and in the community to engage youth
*Create a welcoming engaging space for teen drop in
*Prepare lunch and snacks
*Clean-up of activities
Working within Centre operations through:
*Clean-up after programming (programming area and common spaces)
*Event participation, including our community party day
*Supervision of youth in the Centre and at the playground
*Coordination of breaks and coverage when appropriate
*Other duties as assigned.
