The Lifeguard will decide on the time to be given to instruction, free swim, and other pool activities in consultation with the Camp Director
Have absolute authority in the pool area over campers and counsellors
Report any breakage or damaged equipment to the Camp Director or Camp Manager
The Lifeguard is required to take part in other camp activities
When necessary, be prepared to act as a counsellor and help in the kitchen
Make any recommendations concerning the equipment or pool area to the camp committee
