The Administrative Support student will fulfill a largely administrative role in the church office. Under supervision they will complete duties to include reception and greeting responsibilities in person and on the phone. They will assist in the organization and completion of the weekly church bulletin, file documents, order and organize office supplies. Prepare Microsoft documents and spreadsheets to the best of their abilities. Assist with the running of errands, sort mail, and prepare beverages and snacks in support of church meetings and activities. Based on the individual's talents further opportunities may be assigned in the areas of worship, sound/audio tech, public speaking, budget management and social media. The Administrative Support Summer student will work alongside the other 3 (SEED) Summer students, report to the OBC leadership staff, and be coached and mentored IAW their future employment goals. This is a supportive role that will build appreciable skills
