Marina Attendants will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Big Axe Marina. Duties include greeting customers, in person or on the phone, boaters, tourists and answering inquiries of the area. Staff will provide boaters with fuel services and waste clean out services. Attendants will rent out water equipment on a daily basis - kayaks, hydrobikes and paddleboards to customers, assist with launching the equipment in the water and outfitting customers with floatation devices. Attendants will also operate the marina store, selling souvenirs, clothing, snacks, ice cream, ice, fishing items. Public washrooms will be opened and cleaned throughout the day, along with cleaning of the marina building daily, grounds around the marina will need to be cleared of goose feces, garbage, etc. Setting up outside family games on the grass area for tourists and visitors to enjoy. Interacting with tourists and visitors daily advising of the activities and amenities of our community.
