The role will not just focus on what the residents as a group like to do, but will also meet each of our residents where they are at and build on their personal strengths and goals. We are looking for someone who is fun, self motivated, flexible, reliable, not afraid to get their hands dirty and creative. We are a 24hr facility but it will not involve working overnight, and there may be a requirement to work a couple Saturday or Sundays for special events. Come hang out with us for for the summer!
