The Children's Program Coordinator will be responsible for developing and delivering a variety of different programs to appeal to youngsters from around three to twelve. The children are divided into different age groups and activities occur four or five days per week. There is lots of material available to draw upon, from previous year's programs. The children must be accompanied by an adult, so this role does not involve child care. Activities include Story Time (reading), crafts, science (finding frogs in the pond, identifying common flowers), puppet shows, theatre performances, etc.
The Children's Program Coordinator must be outgoing, confident, like children and enjoy performing for an audience. The program runs in July and August and includes prep time. English required, ability to work in French will be considered a tremendous asset.
