This position consists of the management/administration of a website called ``Bénévole Memramcook Volunteering`` designed to set up a virtual volunteer recruitment and management program. The tasks will consist of promoting the new website to community organizations, offering them the necessary support for registration, i.e. creating their profile and posting the volunteer work/talents sought. Additionally, there will be tasks related to marketing and recruiting new volunteers in the community.

Qualified to teach and or coach CANSAIL 4 programs but preferably CANSAIL 5 and 6 to registered students at the Greater Shediac Sailing School during the 2025 summer months. As Head Instructor and or Summer Sailing School Manager you will be responsible to mentor the other instructors and assure a structured delivery of the curriculum of CANSail is achieved.

Under general management, the selected individual will participate in organizing and assuring smooth running of multiples tasks such as collecting artifacts for heritage exhibitions purposes, the holding of cultural events, as well as the bicycle rental facility. This person could also be called on helping to promote socio-cultural events through social media.

Successful students will assist in the administration of Saint John Energy's various rental programs (smart water heaters, heat pumps, EV chargers, etc).

They may coordinate in the scheduling of installation and service and act as a liaison with customers and contractors and field personnel.

They will participate in Saint John Energy's "Net Zero 2030" Project and assist in the research of new initiatives, compile data on industry trends, assist in pilot projects, and present findings at end of term.

The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing supplies, handling basic administration duties, planning activities and giving leadership to a summer team of employees and volunteers, who will provide summer programs designed to meet the needs of teens and adults from the special needs community. Responsibilities will also include giving assistance to Sunday morning "Exceptional" programming which allows our organization to help meet the needs of children who require individualized care due to cognitive and/or physical limitations.

The successful candidate will give leadership to summer programs and day camps for children, in addition to directing Sunday programming, including elementary, preschool and nursery aged children. The worker will manage the duties of planning, basic administrative tasks, scheduling of volunteers, and meeting all criteria for "plan to protect" (Maintaining ratios of adults to children and providing appropriate training for volunteers).

The successful candidate will assist Youth Ministry staff in planning and preparing for drop in activities for youth and giving leadership to various camp programs. Although the focus will be on working with youth, ages 12-17, the worker may also be asked to give assistance to activities related to children's programming should the need arise and if scheduled activities are not in conflict with one another.
