Support the Head Coach in the planning, preparation, recruitment and coordination of Club activities. The Club trains at the beach (Parlee Beach) and at the pool (Dieppe Aquatic and Sports Centre). Organization of training, internal meetings and administrative tasks, maintenance of equipment and rooms, and coordination of park and equipment access to various stakeholders, including the NB Lifesaving Society for provincial championships. Available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for club training sessions, to ensure pre-training set-up and post-training clean-up. Outside training sessions and competitions, the schedule is flexible and remote. Travel may be required for competitions. Leadership, organizational and communication skills are required for this position.
