The waterfront park attendant will be responsible for renting of recreational equipment (bikes, canoes, paddleboards, etc.) The waterfront park attendant must have good communication and customer service skills. Have the ability to work independently and as a team. Must be available evenings and weekends. Duties also include physical labor with moving of recreational equipment for patrons and at the beginning and end of each shift. Other duties include handling of money and good documentation skills. Assist in keeping work area cleaned, organized, and safe for all. Assist in other special events that could happen along the waterfront.

Under the guidance of the Program Coordinator, this essential position is responsible for providing a quality experience for members and other participants, as an attendant and through the implementation of tennis programs, events and activities for various members of the community (youth, adults and seniors, marginalized people, newcomers, etc.) in both official languages.
• Implement tennis programs (e.g. junior and adult programs, clinics, day camps) and assist other tennis instructors as required;
• Contribute to the hospitality and efficient running of the Club's daily activities both as an instructor and as an attendant: disseminate information, answer questions, manage registrations, perform regular facility upkeep and cleanliness duties, provide merchandise and rentals, etc.;
• Support the development of more junior staff.
Tennis instructor’s certification required (Tennis Canada)
Salary: $16.65/h (minimum)
