Third Space Gallery is seeking to fill the position of THIRD SHIFT Festival Associate. The successful candidate will work closely with staff and volunteers of Third Space Gallery to present THIRD SHIFT Contemporary Arts Festival in Saint John, New Brunswick in August 2025. The successful candidate will work with the Executive Director at USTATION on Prince William St. In-person attendance is required to fulfill the needs of the role.

Creating a land acknowledgment video for the Fredericton region that shares the story of the land and its people, aiming to bridge awareness into action. The video will be distributed as a resource for other non-profits. Continue work on the Canadian Atlas of Social Inclusion by supporting data collection and engagement efforts. Assist the City of Fredericton in implementing recommendations from the Anti-Racism Task Force to combat systemic racism and racial discrimination in our Community, including the development of a Reporting Mechanism for Acts of Discrimination. Lead community outreach and engagement initiatives and programs which build meaningful relationships in Fredericton and foster collaboration. Support GFSI's ongoing projects including Community Food Smart, Civic Tech Fredericton, and the Non-profit Data Collaboration Project.
