Provide crisis intervention to women and their children victims of family violence. Provide a safe and secure environment, provide active listening and confidential services. Services are offered to clients from the Restigouche County (St.Quentin to Belledune). Main office is in Campbellton. The intervener is responsible for the following: greeting clients and their children when they arrive, prepare daily follow-ups and reports as needed during work schedule, clients are responsible to prepare their breakfast and lunch. Encourage clients to participate in everyday upkeep of personal living accomodations. Interveners have minor cleaning duties/meals/groceries/etc. Encourage clients to participate in individual action plan, system navigation, problem solving, etc. Refer to community agencies for specific services. Explore all options available to client based on her individual and her children's needs related to intimate partner violence.

Wheelchairs, mechanical lifts and commode chairs are inspected and cleaned on a monthly schedule.
