The Fundraising Assistant will provide administrative, events and fundraising support to the Fundraising Department and provide excellent customer service to supporters, community and business partners and the general public. Responsibilities will include:
• Support the Fundraising Coordinator with events and mass donor touchpoints for our “Club” series.
• Assist with the preparation for donor meetings and presentations.
• Assist with key fundraising events such as the Diamond Dinner, Casino Night, Pink Shirt Day, Fly or Dine etc.
• Assist in the execution of cultivation and stewardship events.
• Ensure all event registrations are retrieved including mailings and event administration, as required.
• Assist fundraisers with production of fundraising packs, sponsorship forms, letters of authority, certificates etc.
• Maintain the database (Keela) to ensure data is recorded and updated accurately.
• Record and process donations ensuring donors are acknowledged appropriately.
