Development and implementation of programs to engage children between the ages of 5-12 years. Working with other staff members as a team. Supervision of group activities, including STEAM activities, physical activities, approved outings, snack and mealtimes. Encouraging children to participate in activities through positive direction and personal participation. Monitoring participation and reporting on engagement in an effort to build capacity.
