- Prepare Training Manual and practice plans for U5 to U13 Rec and assist coaches as needed on and off the field
- Manage Junior Leaders (ages 11-15) and provide training as required
- Key holder
- Apparel Preparation and Distribution and beginning of the season
- U11 Rec Schedule for our Zone
- Weekend Tournament Coordinator: Scheduling, Scorekeeping, and First point of contact
- Miscellaneous errands and duties for the Association
- First point of contact for Coaches, Managers and Parents
- Display Advertising and other signs as required
- Inventory of Equipment
* Overtime may be required for tournaments, due to weather
- Average 35hrs week between Monday and Sunday (5 days/week), must be flexible as shifts could change weekly due to tournament schedules. mostly evenings and weekends
- Bilingual an Asset but not required
- Driver's License required
- Knowledge of baseball required

- Canteen operating hours - Monday thru Thursday 5 to 9pm and some weekends - 5 days / week avg 35 hours)
- procuring stock for resale
- pricing of products
- maintaining detail records of purchases and sales - considering new product ideas, potentially obtaining donated products from businesses in the community.
- Administration of the Junior Leaders (ages 11-15) schedule and activities
- Apparel Inventory and Sales from the Canteen
- Order Advertising products
- help the association with promoting their 60th anniversary
- Preparation of pop up canteen inventory
- Manage sign in and sign out of Baseball Dieppe owned equipment, apparel, keys etc
- Manage emails and communicate with board members as required and reply to emails
- Overtime may be required weather pending
- Baseball knowledge an asset
- Bilingual an asset but not required
- Driver's license an asset
