The purpose of this position is to oversee all aspects of on-site camp programming. The Program Director plans special themes and program events, ensures the day is running smoothly and is a constant presence to campers and staff.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with session leaders to ensure quality activities are being offered;
• Facilitate and lead daily camp program and activities;
• Develop additional programs such as special themes, rainy-day activities, etc.;
• Plan and organize all activities and materials for speciality camps;
• Oversee Tuck Shop - inventory, scheduling, etc..

The Maintenance Person is responsible for the care of the camp facilities, ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Cleaning of camp facilities and restocking supplies as needed;
• Upkeep of the camp grounds;
• Light maintenance of facilities, as coordinated with the Director;
• Assist Cabin Leader with care and well-being of the campers in their cabin;
• Support and active involvement in the camp programs when possible;
• Assist with ensuring a physically safe space and healthy atmosphere around the camp;

The Head Lifeguard is responsible for the oversight and leadership of the swimming program and care and maintenance of the pool and related facilities.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan swim session program that can be modified to suit the varying age groups of campers and abilities;
• Ensure a physically safe space and healthy atmosphere in the sessions you lead;
• Maintain and keep the pool area and hut in good condition;
• Keep written records of all pool maintenance/service/chemicals;
• Offer leadership and guidance to the other lifeguards;
• Assist Program Director with programs as needed;
• May be invited to assist in the planning and leading of appropriate speciality camps.
