The EWA Technician Monitor is responsible for water quality monitoring, data collection, and ensuring environmental compliance. This role involves conducting fieldwork, managing environmental reports, and coordinating with First Nations, stakeholders, governments, and non-profit groups. The technician will also engage in community outreach, participate in meetings, assist with training, and conduct research to support environmental initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor water quality and environmental parameters in the field.
Collect and analyze data, and prepare reports on findings.
Conduct community outreach and engage with stakeholders, including First Nations, governments, and non-profit organizations.
Assist in organizing and participating in meetings and training sessions.
Support research initiatives and contribute to environmental projects.
