The role of this Summer Ministries Intern is to assist with the development, implementation, and coordination of HBC’s summer programs. Programs offered primarily target youth and children's extracurricular activities like summer classes, sport/music camps, teaching kitchen and more.

Community outreach will be a key part of this position as well. The applicant will participate in planning community outreach events like picnics and fun fairs.

Ultimately, we strive for the Summer Ministry Intern to grow during the duration of this position. In order to help them grow and develop, they will be expected to attend weekly meetings to share in the planning and implementation of the programs. This will also aid in personal growth, program effectiveness, and goal achievement.
