The summer student position of Administrative Coordinator supports the operational activities of Hospice SENB’s leadership team in a palliative care setting.
Engage in continuous improvement of the systems and processes the team uses to accomplish our work, will include data entry, manual and electronic filing, etc.
Ensure timely, helpful, and friendly responses to a wide variety of inquiries.
Prepare spreadsheets, newsletters, mailings, and other documents as needed.
Support team members in various projects and tasks including day to day administrative functions as well as data consolidation and digitization.
Support organization needs including database management, manage paperwork, assist with, and attend special events, etc.
Collaborate closely with other team members and cross-functional colleagues to brainstorm and develop new processes and efficiencies.
Other duties as required.

The summer student position of Marketing Coordinator supports the operational activities of Hospice SENB’s leadership team in a palliative care setting and retail operations environment.
Create and update social/digital content calendar and processes.
Create unique content for various channels to help drive brand awareness. This could include creating copy for long-form content (i.e. blogs), and short-form content (posts and captions on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.)
Use design and communication skills to create new and innovative educational and informative resources, including graphics, photos, video and podcast mediums.
Research topics, best practices, trends, and hashtags.
Collaborate closely with other team members and cross-functional colleagues to brainstorm and develop new ideas.
Other duties as required.

The summer student position of Hospice Food Services Assistant supports the food service/kitchen activities of Hospice SENB’s residential hospice that prepares and serves meals in a palliative care setting.
Communicate with clinical staff to fully understand patient needs related to their food service requirements.
Assists in weekly menu planning while being mindful of each patient's respective needs.
Support the clinical team by delivering meals to palliative patient rooms.
Maintains a clean kitchen environment that contributes to effective operations in compliance with all regulatory standards.
Apply culinary training and/or kitchen/food services experience in your day to day work.
Collaborate closely with other team members and cross-functional colleagues. Be organized, efficient, and capable of operating commercial kitchen equipment.
Other duties as required.
