-Responsible for overall camp planning, leadership, and oversight.
-Overseeing the creation and implementation of weekly lesson plans in various artistic mediums
-Coordinating all performance opportunities for students, including private and public events throughout Saint John region
-Supervising and supporting Recreational Activities Coordinators (RACs) and Day Camp Counsellors (DCCs) during camp activities
-Leading training for RACs and DCCs, including lesson planning, classroom management, communication with parents, and event coordination
-Providing ongoing feedback to RACs and DCCs
-Monitoring daily camp operations and ensuring staff is supported throughout the camp schedule
-Addressing escalations from students, parents, or staff as per escalation plan
-Assigning mentors to RACs and DCCs based on their skill profiles
-Communicating with parents and caregivers regarding camp updates and feedback
-Managing the execution of final performances and ensuring quality standards
