You will be helping to create the best possible summer for our residents. Working as part of a team you will be supporting their day to day lives (including personal care), as well as enhancing it by creating new and fun activities. Our goal is to create a home that they enjoy spending time in, and the chance to have meaningful engagement within the the larger community. Our residents love to have fun, celebrate every occasion and are willing to take on new adventures. The role will not just focus on what the residents as a group like to do, but will also meet each of our residents where they are at and build on their personal strengths and goals. We are looking for someone who is fun, self motivated, flexible, reliable, not afraid to get their hands dirty and creative. We are a 24hr facility but it will not involve working overnight, and there may be a requirement to work a couple Saturday or Sundays for special events. Come hang out with us for for the summer!
