Leadership and oversight of a variety of summer children's and youth programming with special (but not exclusive) emphasis given to community summer day camps and other events including elements of leadership training and development for community work with children, youth and their families. Other residual but related local congregational/community activities, administrative duties, etc. may supplement the core program duties as may be required.
