NB Social Pediatrics is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Special Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of our capstone fundraiser—a regional spelling bee—while supporting additional summer events. This role involves event logistics, promotion, fundraising, volunteer coordination, and community engagement. Key responsibilities include securing sponsors, developing marketing campaigns, managing event communications, and ensuring seamless event execution. The Coordinator will also assist with other fundraising initiatives, represent the organization at community events, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in fundraising, securing sponsorships, and engaging with community partners, media, and donors. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential. Experience in event planning, marketing, or volunteer coordination is an asset.
