Salvus Clinic is looking for a Peer Project Assistant for an 8 weeks 35hr/week student summer position. Salvus Clinic provides flexible, community-based services that are designed to promote the stability, recovery and community reintegration of housing challenged individuals who have mental health issues and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Must be flexible and patient, be comfortable well in a fast-paced environment, is self-directed and works well independently with moderate supervision.

Job Description:
• Support event planning and execution of activities pertaining to social inclusion.
• Design & develop questionnaires
• Meet and interview tenants and peer superintendents
• Other support and administrative duties

Qualifications:
• Is studying at a post-secondary in Social Sciences, Health, and has an interest in research
• Is looking for experience working with vulnerable populations.
• Car optional
• ASIST, CPI, & CPR trainings are assets
