The student(s) will be working with the Fundraising / Event Co-Ordinator to organize fundraising and awareness events. This will involve computer posting of events; organizing and collecting donations for fundraising activities,; making tickets, selling tickets, setting up locations for ticket sales; working BBQ's which includes buying supplies and working at the BBQ's; recording silent auction items for online Silent Auction, the results of the auction and monitoring bids,' preparing and producing semi-annual newsletter. The position also requires interaction with the public on a daily basis either online, in person or by phone.
