Position Type: SEED Program – Summer Employment (12 weeks)

Shining Horizons, a non-profit dedicated to equine-assisted therapy, is seeking Barn Staff to assist with daily barn operations. Our programs support children, youth, and adults through therapeutic riding, and equine-assisted therapy programming.

Responsibilities:
Cleaning stalls, paddocks, and the barn
Feeding and caring for the herd
Turning horses in and out
Steaming and soaking hay
Assisting with general farm tasks

Requirements:
Horse care experience is required
Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors
Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
