This position will be responsible for instruction of daily youth programs for multiple sports. Maintain cleanliness of courts and clubhouse area. Work well with other instructors. Give input and feedback of the youth activities. Be available for special events such as provincial tournaments.

Organize work schedules for instructors, provide lesson plans for the youth program. Provide additional training and leadership for instructors. Assure a healthy and safe environment for all participants. Keep a log of equipment and replace when necessary. Organize special events for the youth program such as the Rogers Rocky Tournament. Promote & provide lessons and instruction for the adult programs. Provide weekly progress reports to the board of directors.
