A YMCA Day Camp Counsellor is responsible for leading and supervising groups of children (ages 5-12) in a variety of recreational, educational, and outdoor activities. They will ensure a safe, fun, and positive environment, promote teamwork, and help campers develop social, emotional, and physical skills. Counsellors also communicate with parents/guardians, assist with daily camp operations, and foster a fun, supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
