The day camp supervisor for youth will be responsible for working with the youth in the Old North End of Saint John. This will be for youth from age 6-12 in the Summer Camp program, and teens in the evening drop in.
Working as a team to:
*Plan and deliver programming for summer camp attendees
*Supervision of summer camp staff, attendees and drop-in youth outside of camp activity
*Provide activities for the playground to engage youth in the community
*Plan and supervise of educational and recreational activities outside the Centre
*Create a welcoming engaging space for teen evening drop in
Working within Centre operations through:
*General clean-up after programming
*Event planning and participation, including our street party day
*Supervision of youth in the Centre
*Supervision of camp counsellor's with youth
*Coordination of breaks and coverage when appropriate
*Other duties as assigned.
