1. Activities Assistance:
Planning and Organizing: Help in planning and organizing various activities and events for the residents. This may include brainstorming ideas, preparing schedules, and coordinating with other staff.
Event Setup and Execution: Assist in setting up for events, including arranging furniture, setting up equipment, and decorating. During events, help in managing activities, guiding residents, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Post-Event Management: Aid in cleaning up after events, storing equipment, and providing feedback to improve future activities.
2. Resident Engagement:
Interaction and Support: Engage with residents to understand their interests and needs for activities. Provide support and assistance during activities, ensuring an inclusive and enjoyable environment for all.
Communication: Effectively communicate details about upcoming events and activities to residents, possibly through notices, flyers, or face-to-face interactions.

3. Building Grounds Maintenance:
Lawn Care and Landscaping: Assist in lawn mowing, weeding, planting, and general upkeep of the garden and green spaces.
Cleaning and Upkeep: Participate in cleaning outdoor areas, such as walkways, patios, and common spaces. Remove litter and ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the grounds.

5. Safety and Compliance:
