As coordinator, you will gain skills in planning, leadership, organizing, & collaborating through assisting in planning & developing literacy programs.
You will assist in:
-Leading and overseeing literacy programs for the children.
-Organizing the staff training programs.
- Coaching the summer students in their tutoring.
-Leading summer students to ensure the children’s activities promote their physical, mental and social development, and back to school readiness.
-Preparing and administering assessments.
-Monitoring the progress of the children.
-Participating in staff meetings and committee meetings.
