Provide a safe & inclusive summer day camp environment for children continuing to foster mental, physical, social & emotional well-being. The incumbent is responsible for develpoment & executiion of weekly programs foscused on arts, sports/recreation, social emotional learning & creativity. Responsible for administrative duties such as development of best practise, rules/reg documentation to be authorized by Board Members, shared & executed with parents/guardians; manage & track camp enrolment & associated fees; track attendance; document formal escalation of conflict or abnormal activity; manage & report operational expense as it relates to Board approved budget. They are responsible to be positive team leader, directing and supporting other designate program helpers/volunteers working under their supversiion. They will be the primary resource to interact with parents/guardians. Lastly they will be responsible for grounds and building maintenace, ensuring safety.
