Responsible for: direct supervision of campers; supervised planning of games, crafts, activities; cabin supervision for camper breaks / rest periods; plans, leads and implements educational and recreational camp experiences. Maintains a schedule for campers; creates and facilitates lesson plans for daily activities; organizes and leads small and large group activities; assists in keeping program records (ie: incident reports, logbook documentation, daily attendance); knowledge of emergency procedures associated with the facility; settles camper disputes; knowledge of safety guidelines of the facility; knows whereabouts of campers at all times; general staff duties (ie: weekly cleaning, camp-wide games, group sessions, staff training, team building, camper supervision and food serving).

Knows and understands all emergency procedures associated with the camp program. Will plan all daily educational cultural lessons/activities to celebrate diversity and promote unity. Through these fun activities, crafts and games, campers will expand their understanding of the global community and be encouraged to move into action; responsible for the summer global outreach project and empower campers to take on global responsibility in order to affect change in their world; responsible to maintain proper accounting of the fundraising efforts from camper projects and submit these monies to the appropriate organization(s); assist in the supervision of campers in general activities and group sessions; attend any (online) training for the summer Global Adventure teaching materials; general staff duties (ie: weekly cleaning, camp-wide games, group sessions, staff training, team building, camper supervision, food serving)
