Weekly care of all church property (cemetery,lawn etc.)This includes mowing ,clipping around headstones as well as shrubs etc. The lawn at the Rectory needs to be mowed weekly and any debris cleaned up. Once a week the church needs to be vacuumed and dusted both upstairs and down. The entrance of the church needs to be cleaned and the steps vacuumed. A knowledge of how to use a ride on lawn mower and weed eater is necessary.Everyday tasks may also include watering flowers and emptying the dehumidifier in the basement. The worker should have a knowledge of how to paint steps, patio and wheelchair ramp.
