This role requires a mix of self-directed work, teamwork, working with outside partners and providing direction to a team.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sports program for youth in the community.
- Organize and lead sports activities and games, such as basketball and soccer.
- Supervise and encourage volunteers to assist with the program.
- Collaborate with community organizations to provide additional resources and support for the program.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times.
- Attend weekly staff meetings mentor meetings, and participate in team tasks.
- Be committed to your growth as a leader and whole person.
