Implementation of programs to engage children between the ages of 6 to 12 years. Working with other staff members as a team. Supervision and participation of youth activities including STEAM activities, physical activities, approved outings, snack and mealtime. Encouraging children to participate in activities through positive direction and personal participation. Monitoring participation and reporting on engagement in an effort to build capacity. Reporting illness and behavior to the Program Manager and guardians/parents when necessary. Using positive redirection to assist children who are experiencing difficulties interacting with others.
