Implementation of programs to engage children between the ages of 6 to 12 years of age. Working with other staff members as a team. Supervision of group activities including STEAM activities, physical activities, approved outings, snacks and mealtime. Encouraging children to participate in activities through positive direction and personal participation. Monitoring participation and reporting on engagement in an effort to build capacity. Reporting illness and behavior to the Program Manager and guardians/parents when necessary. Using positive redirection to assist children who are experiencing difficulties interacting with others.
