KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide appropriate leadership and role-modeling to youth participants.
• Assist with execution of activities.
• Supervise youth to ensure a safe and fun environment.
• Deliver programs according to the policies and procedures of the TRC.
• Interact with staff, youth, and the community in a professional manner.
• Exert sound judgment and discretion, while preserving confidentiality, as outlined in the agency Code of Confidentiality.
• Be reliable in attendance at programs, as scheduled.
• Exhibit effective communication in listening and talking to youth, and TRC staff regarding concerns with youth.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment
• Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred
• Legally entitled to work according to the provincial legislations and regulations
