Implementing records management practices to administrative files, including sorting, scanning, determining active stages & applying retention schedules. Preparation of invoice payments, including review of Statement of Accounts. Database input and/or modifications. Office supply orders. Creation of website tree for tracking of content. Handling and redirecting general public inquiries. Other administrative duties as assigned.
