This role will assist the team by developing short-form video content. The assets will be used to tell our stories within our socials and written communications for an audience of donors and community-focused individuals and groups. We have capacity for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

1. Collaborate with staff to identify issues and brainstorm solutions to bring energy and higher engagement to our audiences (via socials and communications).
2. Support and enhance the social media & communications strategies with the staff leads.
3. Adapt existing information from volunteers, donors, agencies, and community members (to be used in video content).
4. Design, edit, and develop short-form video content.
5. Compile data to report on the success of socials and recommend opportunities to improve (e.g., how many viewers).

The hired person will work with our resource development director and administrative support person, assisting in fundraising campaign activities and helping with various tasks. Under the guidance and direction of the Administrative Support Person, the hired person will assist performing day-to-day administrative functions for the office. This position provides confidential and non-confidential administrative, clerical, and reception support. Maintenance of physical and electronic filing systems; Contribute to team-wide communications and knowledge management, and participate in team meetings; Act as a liaison/contact point for clients and general public including but not limited to providing: updates on timelines; Intermediary supports between clients and project supervisors/managers; management of general info, email & phone; Sorting, organizing, and filing of receipts and various records; Other duties as assigned.
