Shawn Stewart's Journey – 20-week Experiential Learning and Employment (ELE) Continuum

Before joining WorkingNB’s 20-week Experiential Learning and Employment (ELE) Continuum, Shawn Stewart faced workforce challenges.

The ELE Continuum connects personal growth, skills development, job preparation, and experiential learning. Taking part in ELE allowed Shawn to:
✅ Build confidence and skills to re-enter the workforce
✅ Volunteer at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore - giving back and making connections

Now, Shawn is starting an exciting new chapter: a placement with Sana’a Cannabis in Miramichi, aligning with his passion for horticulture. 🌱

“I got the help I needed, and I’m excited about what the future holds.”
– Shawn Stewart
