Responsible for: direct supervision of campers; supervised planning of games, crafts, activities; cabin supervision for camper breaks / rest periods; plans, leads and implements educational and recreational camp experiences. Maintains a schedule for campers; creates and facilitates lesson plans for daily activities; organizes and leads small and large group activities; assists in keeping program records (ie: incident reports, logbook documentation, daily attendance); knowledge of emergency procedures associated with the facility; settles camper disputes; knowledge of safety guidelines of the facility; knows whereabouts of campers at all times; general staff duties (ie: weekly cleaning, camp wide games, group sessions, staff training team building, camper supervision and food serving).
