Sous la responsabilité de la direction technique, les personnes retenues seront chargées de la préparation et de l'animation des séances de soccer proposées dans le cadre du programme de Mini-soccer. Ce programme s'adresse aux jeunes de 3 à 9 ans et comprend deux séances par semaine sur une période de 10 semaines.

De plus, les personnes retenues auront un rôle de mentor auprès des employé-e-s juniors du club, qui accompagneront également les jeunes durant le programme de Mini-soccer.

Le club s'engage à offrir un encadrement de qualité aux personnes retenues par l'entremise des sa direction technique et de sa direction administrative. Les heures travaillées comprendront un temps spécifique pour le développement de leurs compétences personnelles. Elles auront également la possibilité de concevoir un projet personnel visant à dynamiser la vie du club.

The Recreation Program Leader (RPL) will be responsible for creating and delivering environmental, recreational and fishing-related programs to Day Campers aged 5-12 attending the Hammond River Nature Camp. They will be tasked with planning, organizing and delivering a summer-long program for the children, teaching them about fisheries and forest conservation in the Fundy Royal area. Programs from previous years include tree-planting, insect collecting/identifying, fishing, fly-tying, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, sports, field games, wetland tours, wildlife identification, environmental education and environmental clean-up activities. The Recreation Program Leader will coordinate the Day Camp Counsellors’ activities and ensure the programming is educational and entertaining.
