The habitat technician will aid our watershed management team in all aspects of our field season. They will assess aquatic habitats, search for invasive species and species at risk, they will plant trees, collect samples, and help host educational and volunteer outings.
The work will also include cleaning up litter, installing signs, planting and weeding pollinator and rain gardens, and more. Working as part of our team the candidate should be able to work outdoors in all weather, be comfortable in and around water, physically capable and willing to traverse wilderness areas while carrying tools and equipment.
