As a Cabin Leader you will be spending the majority of your time living with specified weekly campers. You will be acting as their guardian for the duration of their stay at Camp Tulakadik. Your main priority is to ensure the campers to have the best experience they can have at their summer camp as you stay on site for the entirety of the camping week. Other requirements include:
Be a role model, encourager, teacher, listener and spiritual leader for campers
Be a person of mature Christian faith and have a commitment to it
Be a part of a working team but also be able to work independently
Lead or be actively involved in cabin devotions
Cabin leaders are expected to stay in their designated cabins with their designated campers for the entirety of the camp
Cabin Leaders are expected to participate in ALL planned program activities
