Fredericton Outdoor Summer Theatre is a non-profit tour and theatre company comprised of: The Calithumpians, who perform live lunchtime theatre, guide the Haunted Hike at night and conduct workshops with our drama camps; The Fredericton Fencibles, who perform Guard House Theatre and conduct tours of downtown Fredericton, the Historic Garrison District, and The Guard House National Historic Site; and our “Act Now!” Drama Camps for youth age 6 to 14, led by a group of drama camp counselors.
This 12-14 week position will be with one of the three troupes outlined above for our 2025 summer season. Candidates will be required to audition / interview with our company in late April / early May.

The Youth & Worship Ministry Assistant will support the ministry staff in planning, preparing, and facilitating youth programming and Sunday worship services. This role is ideal for a student who is growing in leadership, enjoys working with teens, and has interest/skills in music, tech, or creative ministry.
· Assist with planning/leading weekly youth gatherings/events.
· Build positive relationships with students through activities/mentoring.
· Help organize games, devotionals & off-site events.
· Participate in/or coordinate summer outreach activities.
· Support admin tasks.
Assist with planning Sunday worship services with ministry staff.
· Participate on the worship team through vocals or instruments (as gifted), or serve in tech roles such as sound, slides, livestream, or setup.
· Help prepare worship resources (lyrics, chord charts, software updates).
· Support mid-week rehearsals/Sunday morning setup/tear-down.
· Assist with creative elements (Scripture readings/stage design).
