Cabin Counsellors are responsible for building relationships and fostering the positive development of campers during the campers’ time at camp. Counsellors must be capable of both supervising and acting as play-partners for their campers. Counsellors ensure the basic needs and wellness of campers and CITs are being met. Counsellors who have lifeguarding responsibilities must have a passion and knowledge for health and safety in the workplace, and must oversee all waterfront activities. Counsellors with assigned programming duties must plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities at their scheduled times.

The Josh Project is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Summer Student Maintenance Worker to join our team. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity for a student to gain valuable hands-on experience in farm maintenance during the summer season. As a Maintenance worker, you will be responsible for helping the day to day operations of the farm. Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors during the hired season. The JOSH project is looking for two resident support staff to facilitate the success of assorted projects that benefit residents on site. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, assisting with family reunification and organizing family visits, doing one-on-one work with residents to discuss their goals and barriers, aiding in preparing meals and menus for the week, digitizing documents and organizing supply rooms, and other tasks as directed. This role is flexible based on the skills of the candidate and the needs of the organization at the time of onboarding.
