The Tennis Instructor (Junior) position is the program support role in the delivery of our programs, responsible for providing q quality instructor experience in the delivery of the Progressive Tennis Programs. This requires a person who communicates well with children.
(Tennis New Brunswick will provide basic instructor course prior to start of the summer.
This role includes:
1) Assisting with the existing registration system for After-School and Summer programs and interfacing with parents
3) Assist with daily program for junior tennis students (4 - 14yrs) Beginner and Performance clinics.
4) Assist in the weekly junior club tournaments & junior play sessions.
5) Assist weekly free Adult & Senior play & learn program.
6) Perform court monitoring function at the courts.
7) Maintenance of courts & clubhouse.
9) Documentation & logging program attendance.
(NOTE: QT negotiated with the town to take over management of the QPLEX tennis courts in 2025.) (the reason for a 2nd TI)

En fin de journée, il ou elle range le matériel, éteint les lumières et verrouille les installations. L’employé(e) reste en contact direct avec le président du club pour assurer des opérations efficaces.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Lacrosse experience is considered an asset.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
