KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist TRC Staff with programming.
Provide appropriate leadership and positive role-modeling at all times to youth participants.
Assist staff with set up and/or takedown of activities.
Assist staff with overall supervision of youth to ensure a safe and fun environment is maintained.
Be familiar with and deliver programs according to the policies and procedures of the agency.
Interact and communicate with staff, youth, and the community, at large, in a positive and professional manner.
Conduct self in a manner befitting the positive image that the TRC endeavors to convey in the community, whether at work or on personal time.
Exert sound judgment and discretion, while preserving confidentiality, as outlined in the agency Code of Confidentiality.
Be reliable in attendance at programs, as scheduled.
Exhibit effective communication skills in listening and talking to youth, as well as communicating with TRC staff regarding concerns with youth.

Aider à nourrir résidents pour le déjeuner et le diner si possible
• Suivre l’horaire des activités(bingo, pokeno, musique, goûter spécial)
• Visite individuelle dans la chambre du résident
• Documenter registre individuel des activités
• Update IPOD des résidents si qu'il y a une demande, et vérifier qu'ils sont chargés
• Aider les résidents avec leur besoin spécifique; l'écoute, jouer de la musique IPAD, Facetimer avec membre de famille, téléphoner famille, jaser et surtout la présence.
• Sortir les résidents à l’extérieur lors des belles journées
• Jardin, fleurs
• Prendre des photos des activités pour les placer dans des albums souvenir
• Faire des activités estivales avec les résidents (ex : apporter à la crèmerie, restaurant, café etc), surtout avec l’arrivée du Covid qui nous a empêcher à faire différentes activités.
• Participer aux activités que promouvaient l’intégration des personnes âgées de la communauté à la vie du Foyer.

Préparer les jus, fruits et céréales de chaque résident.
Préparer le thé, café, lait, l’eau et le pain et rôties aux résidents de la salle à manger ainsi que dans les cabarets à chaque repas.
Possibilité de peler des légumes.
Possibilité d’aider aux services des repas (table chaude).
Possibilité d’aider dans la réception et l’entreposage des aliments et du matériel.
Possibilité de laver les chaudrons.
Désinfection et nettoyage des tables des résidents.
Préparer les collations spéciales incluant les suppléments
Faire le service de tables aux repas avec un air plaisant.
Desservir les tables et de laver la vaisselle au lave-vaisselle.
Amener les chariots de repas à l’endroit exigé à chaque repas.

General upkeep of building and property standards. Landscaping, painting, setting up chairs + tables for events, etc. The maintenance coordinator will work alongside the existing maintenance committee.

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate: Leadership over all operations. Experience working with children and youth (ages 8-15). Commitment to providing a safe, diverse, encouraging, and fun atmosphere for all paddlers and athletes. Leadership skills and ability to present themselves as strong role models for all paddlers and athletes. Creativity in developing and implementing engaging programming for paddlers. Ability to work and perform in a team environment.
Preference will be given to applicants with experience with water sports, particularly in sprint canoe and kayak. Successful coaches for all water activities should be able to demonstrate proof of, or willingness to acquire:-Certified ELCC or Canoe Kids (wage increase if completed) • New Brunswick Pleasure Craft Operator Certification • Standard First Aid & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification • Provide a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector• Complete the Safe Sport Training course.
