The Membership Systems & Communications Coordinator (Student) will support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities for BOMA’s new CRM system, focusing on New Brunswick–based member companies. Reporting to the Executive Director, the student will help prepare member data, set up records, create onboarding materials, and support communications. During launch, they will assist members with onboarding, answer questions, and track initial adoption. Post-launch, they will encourage ongoing member engagement, track usage, gather feedback, and help improve the member experience. This role provides hands-on experience in CRM implementation, member engagement, and digital communications within a professional association.

This role calls for candidates who are self-motivated and able to work independently, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, remain safety-conscious, and enjoy working outdoors in any weather. Experience with boats and water is important. Students studying biology, environmental science, or ecology will benefit greatly from this opportunity, which provides practical experience valuable for career growth. The job is full-time, seasonal (35 hours per week), lasting 10–12 weeks and starting in May 2026.
