Autism Connections is seeking an organized, creative, and detail-oriented Summer Activities & Events Coordinator to support community programs and events. This role focuses on coordinating the annual Superhero Fun-Run/Walk, supporting No Limits Soccer and First Tee Golf programs, and assisting with Camp Marvel operations as needed. Responsibilities include assisting with planning and execution of the Superhero Fun-Run/Walk; coordinating volunteers, donors, sponsors, activity stations, schedules, and materials; providing on-site event support; supporting program delivery through activity setup and coordination with staff, volunteers, and participants; assisting with community outreach and communication; tracking tasks, timelines, and event needs; supporting promotion by coordinating program and event details; maintaining records; and performing other duties to support programs. The role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Hours: This position requires weekday & weekend daytime shifts (until 6 pm) and Thursday evening (until 9 pm) availability.

They will assist with the creation and execution of the weekly programs, address participant needs including but not limited to morning greeting and getting children settled in for day; washroom and lunch and mid day breaks; assisting with program execution; admin duties as monitoring supply inventory; tracking attendance, weekly fees, etc. This position is the second point of contact for parents and guardians as well as Board members.
