Participer aux réunions de comités, au besoin, pour la planification et le suivi des activités ;
Contribuer à la promotion des activités culturelles et jeunesse ;
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe liée aux activités culturelles et communautaires.

Soccer Coordinator

Summary:
The Soccer Coordinator manages administrative and operational tasks for the soccer program. This includes communication, event coordination, equipment management, and supporting tryouts.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication: Respond to emails and coordinate with referees, parents, coaches, and staff.

Event Coordination: Organize and support camps, jamborees, tournaments, and tryouts.

Equipment Management: Prepare and distribute equipment, and maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities.

Weekend & Tournament Support: Work 2–3 weekends per summer for major events like the Michelle Moran Tournament and Provincials.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency with computers and relevant software.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Experience in sports administration is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Mix of office and on-site work.

Evening and weekend availability required during the season.
